Focussing on the delivery of Social, Mental and Physical Components of Fitness. Our Team of EDAPT specialists will deliver activities that are fun, controlled, inclusive, build on self confidence, encourage new friendships and develop team work. 

Our staff are DBS Cleared, qualified and experienced in Sports Coaching, Sports First Aid and Team Building. 

Personal and Group Training 

Our Bootcamps are designed to enhance social, mental, and physical fitness. They are inclusive, and our experienced team can tailor exercises to accommodate individual abilities. We also organise team social events, ensuring a balanced experience of both effort and enjoyment! 

Fitness & Wellbeing Retreats

We offer comprehensive fitness and wellbeing retreats on the picturesque Hereford and Worcestershire border. Our retreats are designed to rejuvenate your body and mind through a blend of physical activities, mindfulness practices, and nutritious meals. Set in tranquil surroundings, our programs include guided fitness sessions, wellness workshops, and opportunities for relaxation and self-care.
